Russell Brand was sorry he filed for divorce Katy Perry!

Russell Brand would be sorry to have filed for divorce from Katy Perry in December of last year, after seeing the singer with her new boyfriend, Robert Ackroyd. Sources close to the English comedian revealed that he sent an email to her, sorry to have "given up too early" in their relationship.

Katy and Russell were married for only two years when he filed for divorce due to "irreconcilable differences". The separation was not exactly friendly - they stopped following on Twitter - but Katy has signed the divorce papers, due out in July in the final.
